Meet the team
Lee qualified from the University of Nottingham in 2013. His career began in mixed practice, before transitioning to solely companion animal care. He has previously managed two practices for a large independent veterinary group. In 2023, Lee joined Vets for Pets and became a Joint Venture Partner in 2024. He holds a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (CertAVP) from the University of Liverpool, with modules in surgery and cardiology. Outside of work, Lee enjoys playing cricket and squash, and is an avid fan of rugby (Leicester Tigers). He shares his home with his wife, who is also a vet, their two children, a Labrador named Murphy, a cat named Walter, three guinea pigs, and a tortoise.
Charlotte qualified as a nurse in 2015 and joined the team at April 2023. She worked in various practices in Worcestershire before relocating to Rutland in 2019.
At home she has pointers, Percy and Ginny and one eyed rescue cat, Monty
I started at Vets for pets Grantham in 2016 to complete my Veterinary Nursing training. I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in September 2018 after completing my degree at Askham Bryan College in York. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and planning my next adventures abroad!
I started at Grantham Vets for Pets in May 2016 as a Veterinary Nurse Assistant. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. My pets include my 2 cats, Billy and Bonnie, my 2 dogs Buster and Buddy, 3 guinea pigs Barley, Bramble and Beans, my rabbit Benjamin and my goldfish!
After spending a career in the military working as a dog handler all over the world, I joined Grantham Vets for Pets in March 2023 as a Veterinary Care Assistant. I believe animals deserve the best care we can provide and owners have access to the best advice, I'm a strong believer in all owners knowing basic first aid skills for their loved ones. During my spare time I enjoy training Pagan my Belgian Malinois, and competing in dog sports with my wife and 5 other dogs
I joined vets for pets in March 2023, i have adored animals from a young age so I defiantly feel like I am in my element here!
Outside of work I love taking my dog for long walks, particularly along the Norfolk coast or the beautiful peak district. I love spending time with my friends and travelling to new places and going on adventures with my partner. My pets include my little scruffy dog Billy and and my cats Joe, Maggie and Elsie
I joined the Vets4Pets team in July 2022 and I have enjoyed every minute and have learned so much.
My career has been very varied but this one has been the most fulfilling and challenging.
I love cooking and baking cakes and biscuits for my family and friends. I enjoy walking, gardening and live music when I can. I also enjoy decorating and have even attempted to renovate furniture with a bit of success. I have three cats and have currently rescued a fourth. I also have a black Labrador and fish, which all keep me busy and amused.
I’ve been working at Vets for Pets Grantham since March 2023. At home I have two beagles called Poppy and Iris, and a cocker spaniel called Clove.
Outside of work I spend as much time as possible with my dogs. I’ve been competing in agility with them since 2016 and have also recently qualified as an agility judge which which I’m excited to do more of in the future. Besides that I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and occasionally baking
