Dr Mark Collins
Practice Owner, Senior Veterinary Surgeon and Clinical Director
BVSc MRCVS
Since graduating from Bristol Vet school in 2008, I quickly found my calling working in small animal practices. Based mainly in Bournemouth, I progressed to become the senior vet in charge of a busy RCVS and ISFM Gold standard surgery, also spending time working in out of hours emergency and critical care. I thrive under pressure and love dealing with emergencies, there is no better feeling than using my medical and surgical skills to save a life. Along with my wife Sarah we opened Vets4pets Eastleigh in 2014. Its great to be back in my home town and I'm are humbled by how many people entrust us with their pets health. I love the variety that general practice brings and the chance to really get to know my patients and their owners. Away from work I live with my wife Sarah, children, Riley Archer and Daisy, dogs Thistle and Muddy and our cranky old cat Ori. In my spare time I like to train in BJJ, and play golf with friends. When I need to escape it all I love being outside either on foot, on my bike or in my Kayak.
Dr Sarah Collins
Practice Owner, Veterinary Surgeon and Practice Manager

Since graduating from Bristol Vet school in 2009 I’ve worked in both first opinion small animal practice and out of hours emergency care. I joined Mark and the team in 2014. My favourite areas in work are gastrointestinal surgery and those tricky allergic patients (our own cat Ori is one of those!).
Out of work I’m kept pretty busy with our children Riley, Archer and Daisy. In my free time (when I’m not looking after the children) I like to go to our local gym, walk our lovely doggies Muddy and thistle and if time allows settling down with a good book.
I'm also the leader of 3rd Ringwood Beavers where in know as Nessie!
Dr Roxanne MacCullum
Veterinary Surgeon / Exotics

As well as being a fist opinion Small animal vet Roxanne loves treating the less common pets. As An RCVS recognised certificate holder she is able to take referrals for all exotic pets whether small and fury, feathery or scaly.
I have been here since 2016 and I have now become deputy head nurse.I am a clinical coach and love passing on my knowledge and guiding the student nurses through their training . I enjoy working with all animals and have wanted to be a nurse since I was young.
Donna has many years of experience working in all aspects of small animal practice and has gained a wealth of knowledge since qualifying in 1999.
I started working here May 2019 after working for a one and a half years at pets at home. I’ve always wanted to work with animals making this a dream job. I have a ginger tom at home called Marmalade and a rescue cat called Panda, as well as a family dog called Ellie.
I started working here in October 2021 and am currently training to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I have a degree in animal science and previously worked in a specialist veterinary practice as a receptionist, then as a nursing assistant. I love all animals, especially ones with big ears, having owned rabbits for most of my life and volunteered with elephants in South Africa.
Since starting in mid 2022 I enjoy every aspect of my job from the smallest pets to the bigger ones, but I have to admit I do love the bunnies and other small mammals that come through the door. At home I have got 5 rabbits of my own and two degus who keep me on my toes. Hopefully in the near future I will go through my vet nursing training with my experience from being a VCA .
Hi my name is Vicky and I have the pleasure of working for Vets4Pets. A dream Job! I have had a passion for animals for as long as I can remember. Since having my three daughters and working part-time we now have 16 pets at home consisting of 4 dogs, cat, degus, conures (parrots), chinchillas, and fish. Most were unwanted and needing a home. Hard-work it may be, but very rewarding at the same time and I wouldn’t have it any other way! So now I have the best of both worlds, I get to meet and cuddle your faithful friends and then go home to cuddle mine!

I started working for Vets4Pets back in December 2018 after working 8 years for Pets at Home. Since I started working here I have enjoyed every minute. It’s a very rewarding job getting to spend my working day around animals all day and speaking with their owners. I live with My Husband and 3 children and our 2 dogs Nala + Keith as well as the cat called Oreo.
I've worked with Vets4Pets Eastleigh since December 2019. I enjoy meeting people and enjoying their pets with them. My two cats are my favourite but I love all animals and I'am always inquisitive to see new exotic pets. I enjoy cooking, socialising with friends and family, and travelling.
I joined the V4P Eastleigh team in august 2023. I love working with the friendly team at V4P, the best part of the job is getting to meet all the different variety of animals and giving them treats and cuddles. I have three cats Hercules, Raven and Zeus and I have had 21 Fluffy Bunnies (You could say I’m a little bit Bunny mad!).
