We are proud to say we have achieved the silver certification from the International Society of Feline Medicine. This means that we go extra mile to make sure our cat clients feel as comfortable and safe as possible. We have a cat advocate in practice who makes sure we are continuing and improving our silver standards of care to our feline patients.

We are also committed to improving our environmental sustainability practices, we have a sustainability champion in the practice, and will work with the wider business (Pets at Home Group Plc) to become net zero by 2040.
