Meet the team
Hi, I’m Hannah the practice owner (JVP) and head vet here at Cardiff Ely Vets4Pets. I have been qualified since 2012 and have been working here in Cardiff for the last 8 years. After a few challenging years dealing with COVID I am really enjoying having our clients back in the practice with their pets. I love all of our furry friends but particularly love cats, especially the more spicy variety! I have two Siamese cats of my own who keep me on my toes and wake me up at all times of the morning shouting for food and attention. When I'm not at work I enjoy keeping fit and active whether that is out on my bike, rowing, hiking or playing tennis.
Hello my name is Veronica, I have been working in this practice for 4 years. I am currently studying towards my veterinary surgical certificate. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, whether this be to my home in Spain or around the beautiful British countryside. I look forward to meeting all your fur babies.
Hi, I’m Danielle, I am a registered veterinary nurse here at Cardiff Ely. I have been working here for over 6 years and completed my nursing training here. I have a 2 fur babies, a beautiful fluffy cat Winnie and a crazy Labrador Lenny. I really enjoy getting to meet all your fur babies

You’ll see me in practice part time as I also have my own business providing pet care services including groomer and pet sitting. I qualified in 2011 and have always worked within small animal practice. My main interest is feline care and behaviour. I have two feline fur babies and a young daughter. I enjoy keeping active and always at the park with my daughter.
Hi I’m Gemma and I am a Veterinary Nurse at Cardiff Ely Vets4Pets, I qualified in March 2023 after being a student here. I started working here in 2020 after moving back to wales from London. I enjoy going to watch the Cardiff Devils play ice hockey and I am a lover of Formula 1. I am a fur mum to a Staffy and a cat I am currently looking forward gaining more knowledge in the profession I love.

I have always had a soft spot for all animals and have 3 fur-babies of my own their names are Daisy, George & Hugo
We sadly lost Stacey un-expectantly in December 2022. She was a friend to all and went out of her way to help colleagues and clients alike. She is dearly missed.
Hello my name is Jane. I am the receptionist at Cardiff Ely Vets4Pets. I was given the opportunity to work at the practice after previously being in the Care Industry. Although I do not have a fur-baby of my own I love to take the opportunity to cuddle yours.
