Iulian Staicu
Practice Owner & Veterinary Surgeon ; Cat Friendly Advocate
DVM MRCVS VetGDP Adviser
Iulian opened Vets4Pets Stechford in March 2017 alongside with his veterinary partner Gabrielle Wax. He qualified from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest in Romania in 2011.
He is a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon with a keen interest in soft tissue surgery.
When not at work, Iulian enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Rebecca is a highly skilled veterinary surgeon who graduated from Univeristy of Pretoria in South Africa before relocating to the UK. She has developed a deep passion for companion animals, particularly feline patients, and has a special interest in equine care as well.
Known for her compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, Rebecca ensures that every animal she treats is handled with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity.
In her pursuit of continuous development, she is actively completing various advanced courses to further expand her knowledge and skills
In her leisure time, she enjoys staying active through outdoor pursuits such as hiking and walking her beagle, as well as engaging in the social sport of Padel.

Veterinary Surgeon
DVM MRCVS
Marina is a qualified veterinary surgeon from Spain, with a deep passion for internal medicine. After being drawn to this profesion, Marina pursued further studies in the UK, obtaining a postgraduate certificate in Small Animal Medicine.
Marina also completed a rotational intership at one of the leading referral hospitals in the UK, gaining extensive experience in advanced veterinary care for small animals.
Lexi joined Vets4Pets in 2015 and 4 years later became a part of the Vets4Pets Stechford family.
Since qualifying as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2020, Lexi has completed several career goals, including achieving her certificate in Feline Nursing with the International Society of Feline Medicine and her certificate in Principles of Leadership with the National Council for Further Education.
Lexi has a keen interest in surgical nursing, and has been developing her skills within practice by undertaking minor procedures such as stitch-ups and drain placements. Alongside surgical nursing, Lexi has a passion for anaesthesia and feline medicine, and has experience working as a Clinical Supervisor, mentoring student veterinary nurses.
Outside of veterinary nursing, Lexi enjoys writing, hiking and spending time with her precious daughter.
Hello, my name is Sophie . I have been qualified for 1 year and have been with Vets4Pets Stechford from May 2024. I completed my degree in veterinary nursing at Solihull College and University Centre
I have a keen interest in everything surgical and enjoy monitoring the patients whilst they are having their operations.
I have a 3 year old Lurcher from the Birmingham Dog's Home and many exotics including lizards, rats and a tarantula.
Dessa has been qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse for 12 years after achieving her BSc Hons Degree in Veterinary Nursing Science. Dessa has been nursing for over 25 years.
Dessa enjoys spending time with all her animals... yes a lot of them! Including her sheeps, horses, ferrets, guinea pigs and her favourite pets, her dogs.
Hi, I am Zaynab. I started my Student Veterinary Nurse journey in September 2023. I've had a passion for animal welfare since I got my first kitten, Rosie, who is now 5 years old. I have a soft spot for felines especially Calicos, they have a spicy personality and are very friendly.
I have studied and proudly completing a 2 year Animal Management Course Level 3 Diploma.
I would love to specialise in Feline Nursing and Emergency Critical Care.
I enjoy reading and learning about animal biology, nutrition and behaviour. I love spending time with family and friends plus my five very spoiled beautiful cats.

Chontelle began her career in veterinary practice in 1990, demonstrating an early passion for veterinary care. In 1995 she officially qualified as veterinary nurse, further honing her skills in the field. Over the years, she build a strong foundation in veterinary nursing.
In 2021, Chontelle transitioned into a managerial role, where se now oversees the smooth functioning of the practice, combining her hands-on nursing expertise with leadership responsabilities.
Chontelle shares her life with her beloved Cockapoo, Hugo, known for his quirky habit of eating strange and woderful things, always keeping on her toes both at work and at home.
Hello, my name is Julie and I’ve worked at this branch of Vets4Pets since they opened in Stechford.
I have worked in the veterinary field for 40 years and have had the pleasure of working a long side some amazing vet teams. I especially enjoyed my time visiting Twycross and Drayton Manor Zoo an meeting Molly Badham and her PG tips monkeys and filing elephants toe nails! I am very passionate about my work and enjoy every minute of working within this field though good times and sad times.
I’ve been a part of the Stechford Vets4Pets team since March 2018, I have learnt a lot in my time here and I am always learning new and interesting things!
I have 2 guinea pigs named Toupe and Truffle, a cat called Bumble and a dog called Scooby.

Hi, I'm Beth! I joined Vets4Pets Stechford as Client Care Advisor in November 2023. After completing my Level 3 Animal Management course in 2018, I've had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of animals over the years.
I've always had a special bond with rabbits and currently have one named Poppy. Alongside her, I have two energetic dogs: Popcorn, a playful Cocker Spaniel, and Chester, a loyal Labrador, who keep me on toes!
As a Client Care Advisor at Vets4Pets Stechford, I take pride in helping both pets and their owners, ensuring everyone feels welcome and well cared for. It's rewarding to combine my passion for animals with providing excellent customer service.

Hi, I am Harley. I work as a Client Care Advisor at Vets4Pets Stechford where I am able to bring together my passion for animals and my dedication to supporting both pets and their owners.
I also hold a Level 3 Dog Grooming qualification, reflecting my commitment to animal care.
At home, I'm accompanied by my cat Medusa, affectionately known as Juicy.
Outside of work, I enjoy peaceful walks in the rain, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with my daughter.
