The “full price” is the list price on the day of the appointment and full price may depend on the species, weight and sex of your pet. To receive the 5% discount, all services and/or treatment must be paid for in full on the day of the appointment. Clients must be over the age of 65 years old and proof of age may be requested. This offer will not cover pets with pre-existing conditions.  This offer is valid only for pets at participating Vets4Pets and Companion Care practices (the “Participating Practice”). To know if this offer is available please ask your local practice if they are a Participating Practice. Clients must register or be registered at the Participating Practice they wish to redeem the offer at. To redeem the offer, an appointment must be booked in advance quoting the offer. Available appointment times may be restricted to non-peak opening times. Available appointment times will be confirmed by the Participating Practice at the time of booking. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, discount or offer and excludes Health Plans. No cash alternative. Non-transferable. Offer will not apply retrospectively. The Promoter and/or the Participating Practice reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
