Meet the team
I qualified in 1992 and joined this practice September 2018 and I’m really enjoying it.
I like spending my time going to yoga classes, keeping fit and making sculptures out of chicken wire & glass.
At weekends I enjoy walking or biking with my family and my dog Ernie. My cats, Sparkplug & Wyvis prefer to lounge around the house.
I graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2020 and have recently joined the Vets4Pets Northallerton team and am thoroughly enjoying getting settled in and meeting our lovely clients.
I have already started my collection of strays with my cat Toto, who despite a nasty accident is very capable of bringing me mice. Joining Toto I now have Timmy, an 8 month old Border Terrier who loves coming to work with me and playing with Bruno.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, spending time with family and friends and I love to ski.
I started my career in mixed practice and returned to my Yorkshire origins after receiving my degree from the University of Liverpool in 2022. I started working here in August 2023 and although I enjoy all aspects of practice in general, internal medicine is my main area of clinical interest. Additionally, I wish to further my interests in imaging, geriatric care and pain management.
Outside of the ‘office’, I am occupied with my hyperactive Border Collie, Seb and attending a lot of (some may argue excessive) music gigs.
I don't love to ski
I qualified from Myerscough College in 2005. I specialise in surgical and in turn have gained a BSAVA merit surgical Award. I am also a coach with an A1 assessor award.
I have a keen interest in surgical and behaviour and I look forward to meeting you all!
I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2016 from Oaklands College in Hertfordshire. I have since worked in hospital branches as well as in a referral centre before settling down here at Vets4Pets Northallerton.
I have a keen interest in nutrition and have achieved an Advanced Certificate in dog and cat nutrition so any questions you may have I am happy to help! This has also helped with my weight clinics that I run in practice and means that I can help you keep your pet healthy and fit.
Not only do I enjoy seeing all the cats and dogs but I also love it when I get to see rabbits and guinea pigs too. Having two guinea pigs of my own, Franco and Paulo, I am happy to help with any questions you may have on your small friends.
Alongside seeing your pets, I also help in rehabilitating hedgehogs or helping get them sent to the right place for the care that they may require.
I am the Animal Health Care Assistant and help out in all aspects of the practice. I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Bruno, who has recently joined the family and loves play fighting with Timmy.
I really love meeting new people and working with such a great team, I also love helping out in surgery and making sure your pets are comfortable and settled after their operation.
I joined the team in October 2023 as an Animal Care Assistant. I love doing this job as I get to spend a lot of time cuddling your pets when they are admitted for the day to ensure they feel as comfortable as they can.
When I am not working here, you can usually find me with a camera in my hand or spending time with my children and dogs.
I have two dogs, a Sprocker X Labrador and a Labrador and these two keep me entertained.
I joined Vets4Pets in 2014 as Practice Manager after returning from working overseas.
I have a cheeky black cat called Drex who is a rescue cat from Cats Protection, he keeps me on my toes as he likes to bring me lots of furry presents daily.
I really enjoy the diversity of my role as each day is different looking after the operational side to the business. I look forward to meeting you all and your pets.
I joined the team here in July 2021 after spending the past few years working as cabin crew and I am loving working here!
I have two cheeky cats called Ernie and Bear who like to keep me on my toes as well as two guinea pigs, a Netherland Dwarf called BunBun and my little ball of fluff bunny, Olive!
I look forward to meeting you and gaining the love of your pets with treats
I joined the team here in December 2023 and really enjoy it. I mostly enjoy engaging and getting to know all of you and your pets.
I have a rescue dog from the Dogs Trust who is a Pug and is aptly called Puggles, you may see her on reception with me sometimes as she loves to say hello to all of you too!
I have always had a love for animals but at one point in time my love was for Golf which I started doing when I was 5 and I was one of the youngest in the North East Region to complete a Masters Course in Golf.
