Hi I’m Elliot, vet and practice owner of Vets4Pets Hereford. Each day I come in to work proud of the fact that I’m able to look after all our clients and their pets and love making families whole again by helping treat their animal family members. I love fiddly surgeries and exotic animal medicine in particular. I've recently started visiting Vet Schools to share my experience of the veterinary profession and enthusiasm for treating exotic species.
I don’t have a great deal of free time as it’s spent with my family and animals – of which there are too many to list here!! You can see them at my 'The Vet with Pets' Instagram & Facebook pages. I try to relax with a Marvel movie or David Attenborough documentary.
I enjoy taking my pets to visit schools, nurseries and nursing homes. You may also find me at country shows with my English Goats, or out on early morning runs with the dogs.
My name is Natasha Prindezis and I graduated from Cambridge Veterinary School in 2020. I have been working at Hereford Vets4pets since then! I love being a vet, meeting all the lovely owners and their animals who make the job worthwhile.
I've recently completed my certificate in diagnostic imaging and am happiest in a dark, quiet room x-raying or ultrasound scanning. Although, I have found a love for chicken medicine since joining the practice. I will be building on my ophthalmology skills over the next year, with several courses booked.
Outside of work I love to sew my own clothes, do Zumba and volunteering. I also know some British Sign Language and I am happy to use it in consultations if anyone needs it. If you speak Greek, I'm also the vet for you!

I’ve been a Veterinary Nurse for 18 years, at V4P for 7. Seeing the practice develop from a team of seven when we opened has been amazing! I'm now head nurse and practice manager of this lovely bunch. I'm about to start my Veterinary Managers Diploma to help me support a growing team and business.
My Favourite part of the job is animal nutrition. I love the variety in all species we see, always a chance to learn something new about their treatment, lifestyle and diet.
My favourite animal is hard to choose, but birds of prey , cats , capybara and naked mole rats would be on the list.
My time outside of work is spent with my 2 ragdoll cats (Arabella and Artie). I've recently taken up pottery, which is relaxing but not always succesful! I do love to travel , watch wildlife documentaries and trips to the cinema
Hello I’m Kelly. I am Deputy Head Nurse. I find my job so fulfilling helping clients and animals and supporting all aspects of their visit. I am clinical coach to our student nurse Meg, having successfully coached Lucy to a fully-grown RVN!
I have an interest in animal behaviour, having a nursing certificate in Animal Behaviour and completed a positive dog trainer course. I also hold a Level 6 course in Animal Behaviour. I love learning and looking at all the new studies to help keep my knowledge up to date.
At home I have a range of animals including spaniels, cats and my sheep who keep me very busy. Any spare time I have is spent with my young daughter, animals and dog training.
Hi, My name is Anna Morley and I am a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I qualified in 2008 and have been working in practice for nearly 20 years. Over the years I have worked in first Opinion, Referral and Hospital settings. I work from home one day per week, organising pet insurance claims and other admin tasks. Otherwise, I'm at home in theatre and will be coaching our new SVN Abigail.
I have special interest in Physiotherapy and rehabilitation which has led me to become a Clinical Canine Massage Practitioner with the Canine Massage Guild.
Outside of Work I enjoy spending time with my family and my many animals including 7 dogs, 9 sheep and Many Chickens!!
I began my career as a Pets at Home colleague. I trained at Vets4Pets Hereford, with Kelly as my clinical coach. I qualified in 2023. I am thoroughly enjoying learning all the weird and wonderful things that the job entails. I enjoy surgical nursing and nursing inpatients, but also oversee the less exciting jobs such as being our Radiation Protection Supervisor.
Outside of work I love exploring the outdoors, climbing mountains, and visiting new countries. I have dogs and a cat that I adore.
I'm Lucy. I was employed as a clinical cleaner. I then completed my Animal Nursing Assistant course. Somehow, I was then talked into my Student Nurse training with Becky as my clinical coach.
As well as completing clinical nursing tasks, I am also queen of clean. Continuously restocking, cleaning and sanitising the practice is an endless yet satisfying part of my role.
In my spare time I enjoy kayaking, eating and doing arty things I have my Gorgeous Daisy dog at home who always loves to hear my stories of the pets I’ve met. Our favourite place to go is on a sunny walk along the river.
Hi, my name is Meg. I joined VetsforPets in March 2023 and am studying to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Kelly is my clinical coach.
At first I was based on reception. But now am involved in all aspects of the clinical side. I've even joined the on-call rota, with support from an RVN. I love meeting our patients and getting involved with taking great care of them. At college I enjoy learning all of the exciting and wonderful things the job entails.
In my spare time I enjoy helping out on my family’s farm, spending time with friends and looking after six energetic collies 🐶 The puppy in the photo, Skye, is now over a year old!
Hey, I’m Becky Dancocks. I qualified as a veterinary Nurse in 2006 and can’t imagine doing any other job! I Joined Vets4Pets in July 2023 as a locum nurse but have now become a permanent member of staff. I love the variety that being a vet nurse brings and being able to help care for our patients. I have an interest in animal behaviour, surgical nursing and anaesthesia. My picture shows me performing a mass removal. RVN's can undertake a variety of surgical procedures, something I hope to do more of this year.
Outside of work my wonderful family keep me busy but enjoy home baking and walking in the countryside with my Labrador.
Hi, I have been working as a receptionist at Vets4Pets Hereford for nearly 3 years now and my time here has just flown by. There are so many aspects of my role that I love as it is such a rewarding place to work.
Being the first point of contact is very important to me as it allows me to meet and help our lovely clients and their pets.
I have a pet-free home at the moment, but my hubby and son would love a dog. If the right rescue comes along, who knows…
As a family we love watching movies , visiting places of interest and trips to the beach but I also love interior design, a good book and a very strong cup of tea.
I enjoy working behind the scenes to help keep things running smoothly. I organise the dispensing and posting of all the Complete Care parasite treatments.
I also enjoy meeting our clients and their lovely pets when helping out on reception. Outside of work, Elliot and I are busy looking after our two young children and menagerie of animals. We are currently tending to a polytunnel full of fruit & veg; aiming to be a bit more self-sufficient feeding the human and animal family.
Hello, my names Charlie, I have been working in veterinary practice for over 4 years and at VetsforPets since December 2022. Since joining I have enjoyed seeing all of the exotic species from snakes and birds to hamsters and guinea pigs. I have also enjoyed meeting all of our lovely patients and giving them much needed fuss on reception as they wait for their appointments. I will often be the one asking for a photo for our social media.
At home I have a range of pets from dogs, cat, guinea pigs, degu, chinchilla, ferret, turkey, chicken, pigeons and quails in total 23. This is Ruby in my picture, one of my cheeky dogs. Outside of work I enjoy walking the dogs, visiting the beach and tending to my menagerie of animals 🐾
Hi I’m Georgie. I am currently studying animal management at Hartpury college. I really enjoy learning about all the different animals and different diseases and conditions as it really interests me.
I have a cocker spaniel at home (the one in my picture!) and he keeps me busy when I’m not at work! We love going on walks together and especially the beach. I enjoy seeing all the wildlife that comes in and our regulars who are always happy to see us!
I started at Vets4Pets Hereford as a receptionist and went on to complete my Animal Nursing Assistant Qualification.
I left for a very short while to study my degree in ecology at Aberystwyth University. Shortly after starting my course I began assisting with some admin work from home. You may have also spotted me back in practice during university breaks.
I am assisted when working in Hereford by Barnie the dog and Eddie the cat. In Aber I have my giant African land snail for company.
Hi I'm Pam. I work from home, organising the flea and worming treatments being posted out to all our Complete Care patients. I'm looking forward to learning more about your pets and veterinary practice.
I don't currently have any pets, unless my two grandsons count! I do love gardening and nurturing all the wild birds, hedgehogs and other wildlife in the garden. I'm now semi-retired, so look forward to getting out in our campervan to explore the UK.
