Advanced services

We have invested considerably in our team and kit to make a number of advanced services available to our clients. We also accept referrals from other practices.

Orthopaedics

Our veterinary team have undertaken advanced training to allow us to perform orthopaedic surgery in our practice. If your pet develops an abnormality involving their skeleton or joints, such as elbow dysplasia, a patella (kneecap) that gets stuck, or a torn cruciate ligament, an orthopaedic procedure may help them.

Ultrasound

We are pleased to be able to offer ultrasound scanning in practice, which is a painless way to look inside your pet’s body to find out what’s going on.

I am the Senior Vet, Clinical Director and owner of Vets4Pets Cirencester. Since I was a little girl I was fascinated by veterinary medicine and as soon as I could, I started helping out, after school, in my local small animal vet practice. There was no doubt that I would study veterinary medicine and in 2001 I graduated from university whilst working passionately in small animal hospitals. In 2009 I married my English husband, who served in the British Army based in Germany, and soon after we moved back to England. Since then I have worked in several different small animal surgeries from Cambridge in the East, to Winchester and on to Poole on the South Coast, in line with 2 yearly Army postings. Finally we are able to settle down and I am so happy that I get the chance to fulfil my dream of leading my own team & vet practice. At home I am always busy helping out on the family farm as much as I can and I am needed – changing from small animal vet skills to large animal work. As I have no spare time, there isn’t much time out of work for hobbies but my 7 dogs, 4 cats, 50 chickens, 2 children and farming husband are my love and life and I enjoy just being at home and making it homely and nice.

I was born and studied in sunny South Africa and moved to the UK in 2019.

Being a vet was something I wanted to be for as long as I can remember. I loved my student years and I absolutely love the job. I live with my husband and a very cheeky cat, called Lily who rules the roost!

I was born in Nicosia, Cyprus and qualified as a Vet in 2022, after graduating from the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest. I grew up with a lot of animals so ever since I was 4 years old I was sure I wanted to help them and become a veterinarian, no other job ever crossed my mind. Back home I have mixed Pekingese rescue named Freddie, he is a one-eyed treasure and he cannot go a day without the love of his life, Hoover my cat, who will check and try to eat everything in sight!

I qualified in Ireland in 1997 and have worked in the UK since qualification – living locally in the Cotswolds for the last 12 years. I love being a vet, meeting new people and the challenges and problem-solving that every day brings. I particularly enjoy feline medicine.

I have 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, a (fluctuating) number of chickens and aspire to have a dog when I retire! In my spare time, I like to travel, run, cook and spend time with my family and friends.

I qualified in 1987 and started at Vets4Pets Cirencester in May 2015. I love working with cats, especially the 'difficult' ones. I gained over the years a diploma in feline advanced diploma, due to my involvement in that area I have three wonderful rescue cats, Franklyn and Gwendolyn. Both of them have a tail to tell on how they came to be with me. But to do the dog world justice I have as well and active Jack Russell Terrier, Miona. I hand reared her after her mum was too sick to take her on. Please come and see me in the nurse clinics. I am always on the other end of the phone for you for advice or consults to go into your pets behaviour.

I joined the team in Feb 2023 after moving from North West London to Wiltshire. I have worked as a Veterinary Nurse since 2003 and explored various avenues of interest, I have a keen interest for surgical nursing and emergency, I also gained a certificate in anaesthesia and analgesia in 2017 which I thoroughly enjoy.

Outside of work I love to spend time with my family, which includes my 3 dogs, cat and budgie. I spent a lot of my youth beside a race track so also have a passion for racing and love a day out at the track and Goodwood.

I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 1993 and have worked in various veterinary practices ever since. I have also gained an additional certificate in practice management and administration, so I now work mainly behind the scenes helping out with some of the day to day admin tasks including payroll, health & safety, invoicing and processing insurance claims.

I have a very active border terrier at home so I spend most of my spare time with him enjoying long walks, fun agility and dog trick training.
