Sidcup Vets for Pets

Hayley qualified as an RVN in February 2006 whilst working in a busy veterinary hospital. She has been with Vets for Pets for over 13 years and joined us in May 2022 as our new Head Nurse. She has since gone on to become practice owner, and looks forward to working with the clients of Sidcup.

At home, as well as her two daughters, she has 10 cats, 1 dog (that thinks he’s a cat), a leopard gecko and 3 rats!! She is definitely our crazy cat lady!! In her spare time, she can be found sat in the garden, reading a book with a glass of wine!!

Louise has been with Vets for Pets since graduating from the University of Surrey in 2019. She has a particular interest in exotics, having owned a pet snake and bearded dragon! Outside of work, if she's not studying for her Emergency Medicine Certificate, she enjoys playing with her tripod rescue cat "Biscuit" and powerlifting at the gym.

Maria is one of our Vets at VetsforPets Sidcup! She graduated from the university of Sofia in Bulgaria in 2019.
She worked in Greece for 1 year and then came to the UK in late 2020 and has been working as a veterinary surgeon here ever since! She is passionate about soft tissue surgery and ultrasound imaging.
In her free time she enjoys horse riding and going to the beach!

Abi qualified back in 2016 and has since worked in a variety of different roles in the veterinary industry, including general practice and emergency/OOHs. She has a particular interest in feline medicine, welfare, and also emergency work. In her spare time she looks after her 3 cheeky cats!. She loves to watch a film, read books, doing the odd puzzle and embroidery. She also enjoys going out with her friends and family.

Abi loves a good old puppy cuddle and kiss, well who doesn't!? So if she is about when you're in with your new bundle of joy, be prepared for the cuddles!!

Alex started with us as a locum and went on to become a permanent Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA), caring for your pets and assisting the vets and nurses. He has since started on his journey to becoming a qualified veterinary nurse....so watch this space. He is a keen gamer and Star Wars fan and has two of the cutest rescue bunnies!

Hi my name is Rosie and I  joined Vets for Pets as a receptionist in 2022. I have a level 1,2&3 in animal management which I studied for 5 years to achieve. ​I am currently a Veterinary Care Assistant after moving into the clinical team recently, one day I would love to further my career and become a Veterinary Nurse . 

In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends. I have a little niece that I regularly see but she is handful but I wouldn't change it for the world. A little secret about me is I have a huge obsession with Percy Pig, yes you did read that write! I am Percy Pig mad!!

Andreea is one of our Veterinary Care Assistants with 3 years experience. She joined our team in May 2022. 

She moved to London from Romania in 2013 to study animal behaviour and her degree has sparked a keen interest in exotics and wildlife species. She would love to further her career and become a nurse one day. 

She has always been surrounded by cats, but her forever love will always be her winter white hamster named Chita. 

In Andrea's spare time she loves to travel the world, is a keen dancer and absolutely loves Nature. 

Oscar joined VetsforPets in March 2022 as a receptionist. He is currently studying Veterinary Medicine at the RVC. He has a passion for exotic animals but what he enjoys most is meeting clients and their pets. 

Katie, is a client care advisor, she joined the team back in April 2022. Katie studied Level 3 animal management at college which was the best decision she ever made. One day she would love to become a nurse.

She has a beautiful British Shorthair at home called ghost who is only 1 years old so you can imagine the mischief he gets up to on a daily basis. 

Katie loves greeting all the clients and their pets when they come into the practice, and if she can get a cuddle with one of your pets, that makes her day! 

Farrah studied Level 3 Animal Management for 2 years at Hadlow College and joined the team here at VetsforPets to train as a PHA. She hopes to eventually further her career and become a Veterinary Care Assistant.

In her free time, Farrah loves making jewellery and practicing yoga.
