I graduated from the University of Liverpool in July 2007 and started my career at a mixed practice in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, treating all species. I moved into small animal practice two years later, working at a large first opinion and referral practice in West Yorkshire until opening Vets4Pets Lincoln South in February 2014.

I enjoy all aspects of small animal practice, but my main areas of interest are surgery and anaesthesia. To further these interests I have undertaken postgraduate training with a surgical bias and was awarded the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (General Small Animal Surgery) in 2014. I have also completed further training in small animal dentistry and have a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Development in Small Animal Dentistry (Work Based and Integrative Studies), obtained in 2023.

Lucy and I met at university. We got married in July 2013 and moved to Lincoln to be closer to family in preparation for starting a family of our own and we now have two boys that keep us busy outside of work. We enjoy running our own practice and want to maintain a family feel to the surgery, whilst offering high clinical standards.

I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2007 and moved to Leeds to work at a family run small animal practice. I am interested in general small animal medicine and surgery but have a stronger interest in medicine, particularly dermatology, cardiology and feline medicine. My favourite piece of equipment is my stethoscope! Used in nearly every consultation I do and one of the most valuable pieces of equipment we have in day to day practice. I am originally from Lincoln and returned here, with David, to open Vets4Pets Lincoln South in 2014. I am enjoying being back home in Lincolnshire and meeting our new clients and their pets!

I graduated from the University of Edinburgh in July 2004, and started my career working at a large mixed practice in rural Suffolk. After three years there, I spent some time working as a locum vet, both around the UK and abroad. Particular highlights included working for a small animal practice in Auckland, and volunteering for a charity neutering cats on the tiny Pacific island of Aitutaki. I moved to Lincoln in 2009, where I met my husband, Mark, and have lived here ever since. I joined the team here at Vets4Pets Lincoln South in January 2017, and am enjoying getting to know all of our clients and their pets. Professionally, I enjoy all aspects of first opinion practice, but have a particular interest in feline medicine. I have two small boys, as well as a Springer Spaniel called Suzie and a cat called Friday, who keep me busy when I'm not at work. I enjoy walking, family days out, and, when I get the chance, getting lost in a good book.

I graduated from University of Nottingham in July 2022 so I am excited to be starting my career as a vet at Vets4Pets Lincoln South. I have a particular interest in small furry mammals which lead me to some exotics work as a student where I was able to work with lots of interesting animals, including otters and penguins. When I am not in practice I enjoy weight lifting, hiking, and baking. I aspire to have my own small holding one day, but for now I would settle for some Guinea pigs.

I became part of the Vets4Pets team in November 2018 to fulfil my dream of working with animals. I have a Level 3 diploma in Animal Management, which I gained from attending Riseholme College from 2013-2015. I then went to work abroad in Spain as a “gap year”… Three years later I decided to stay put in England. I became a receptionist at Vets4Pets because I just LOVE working with animals; getting cuddles off them all day every day is the best thing about my job.
